Affirmations
from In the Flow of Life
By

Introduction
I
am in this world not to set it right, but to see it rightly.
"Blessed
are the pure in heart, for they shall see God." I see from the
consciousness of God and am synchronized with the omnipresent flow of
God. What I see, I become.
Chapter
1 Affirmations:
God
is a sphere whose center is everywhere and whose circumference is
nowhere. If the center is everywhere, it must be where I am.
No
matter what I think I am, I am the flowing forth of the One. I
live life from within - out.
My
spirit has its source in the divine fountain and flows freely through
me. I need no other power.
I
cease doing whatever is interfering with the natural flow of good from
within me, turning my thoughts away from tension and stress. Free of all
obstacles, I am still and know that I am in the flow of God.
I
am a dynamic center in the creative flow which is God. I can be more, do
more and have more in life because I am forever linked to the
transcendent flow of life.
Meditation:
Let
your mind and heart release all that disturbs you. Let your body be
still, and all the frettings of your body, and all that surrounds it;
let the earth and sea and air be still and heaven itself; and then think
of Spirit as streaming, pouring, rushing, and shining into you, through
you, and out from you in all directions while you sit quietly.
Chapter
2 Affirmations:
I affirm that I am in perfect health, allowing the healing energy of God to flow through me.
I am part of the wholeness of the universe. The whole universe walks with me; its dynamic flow is ever expressing as me. Wholeness is my natural state.
I am a child of God and therefore I do not inherit sickness. (Myrtle Fillmore)
Because I was created in the image-likeness of an infinite idea, I express that divine flow as it flowers in me.
A great force works within me that is biased in favor of life and wellness. The healing stream of life is the reality behind every appearance.
Medication, medical interventions and meditation cooperate with my natural healing process.
Because resistance is a poor conductor for the flow, I release stress and self-limiting attitudes and get back in the flow.
My body is the temple of the living God – the healing stream of life that flows through everyone.
I eat what my body requires and maintain healthy eating habits.
I lift my focus from emptiness to fullness; my perfect health is now here.
I am in the flow of life, and I move easily with the flow. I am radiantly and enthusiastically alive. I am free from tension, stress, and strain, and I go forward in the flow of life - unhurried and unworried. I am now full of life and health.
I am a child of the universe, established eternally in the healing stream. I am strengthened, renewed, restored, and made whole in every way.
Through
the transforming power of grace, I am guided, inspired, and
healed.

As God supplies my every need, my cup runneth over.
No one keeps my good from me but me. I decide to remain always in the flow.

from all sides while I do my work. I bubble with enthusiasm and work

4 Affirmations:
I place myself in the middle of the stream of power and wisdom which animates all whom it floats, and I am without effort impelled to truth, to right and a perfect contentment. (paraphrased from Emerson)
Natural guidance is divine and divine guidance is natural. I am always in the flow of guidance.
I contemplate my oneness with the Creator before beginning a project; measure by measure, the finished product is revealed to me.
The universe gives to those who plug in. I cultivate the silence and the universe talks to me in flashes of inspiration. I am alert to hunches and I keep my mind open to ideas and opportunities.
The wisdom, light and supportive flow within me helps me to see the road ahead with amazing clarity. I use my own wisdom at its highest level of development.
Divine guidance is the seed of the Christ within me seeking to fulfill its pattern in the outforming process of my life. God wants for me what I want for myself.
I let go of the ego and flow with the wholeness of the universe. I practice the Presence of God.
When I determine how I block the flow, I can open the windows and step out of the shadows into the light.
In a moment of oneness, I am centered in God and feel the loving creative flow – let there be light. I am in the flow of the light of God and I let my light shine.
Jesus is the great example of the flow of the universal process; he shows me what I may become.
Whatever my problems or urgency of need, I can be still and know that I am in the flow. Then I experience light in the form of creative ideas, unerring guidance, and answers I need.
Meditation:
I
contemplate my oneness with the Creator before beginning this project. I
immediately feel vibrations that thrill my whole being. I see clearly
what is obscure in my ordinary moods. I am aware of the presence of God
in me, as me. I feel centered in God and of being the center of God.
Perfect ideas flow to me and the finished product is revealed to me.
Chapter
5 Affirmations:
I find the potential for peace, understanding and cooperation in every relationship.
To get along with others, I keep my own channels of consciousness free and unobstructed.
I remain in the flow of God and keep a consciousness of the Presence with me in every moment and in every experience. When I cease to resist, I get back into the flow.
My peace, security and love come from within myself.
I accept others as my friends saluting the divinity in them and accept them as they are.
My paycheck is a symbol of an economic cycle that begins in the flow within me. When I am in the flow, I release the creativity that is within me.
I am the torchbearer for the light of God. Wherever I go I let my light shine.
The answer to finding a good relationship is not to find the right person but to be the right person.
Wherever
I am, there let me be. I am a channel for the flow of the infinite
creative process. I let the Spirit within me sustain me with all that I
need of love and understanding and creativity to do my work well and
grow in the process.
No
one can take my good from me. It is more important for me to have inner
peace than to be right. It is better to stand in strength than to sit in
weakness, to stand in love than to sit in bitterness, resentment or
hatred. To those who have wronged me I say: I release you and bless you.
Meditation:
Here
I am, Father. Use me as an instrument of Your love, an agency of Your
peace. I am in the flow of life, and I relate easily and lovingly,
patiently and understandingly with all persons. I know that no matter
what any person is or does, what I am and what I do can most certainly
enable me to get along. It may mean that I will get along easily with
the person, or it may mean that I will let him or her go and get along
without the person. But in every case, I know that my responsibility is
simply to keep in the flow, to keep seeing with the eyes of love, to be
willing to receive and to be responsive to the all-sufficient flow of
life, love, and wisdom. I go forth in the joyous certainty that whatever
person or situation may come to me in this day, it will be good, for I
will be in the flow of good. And if I should have even a fleeting moment
of concern, I will simply let go and let flow.
Chapter 6 Affirmations:
Blessed is the person who is in control of oneself, established at the center of one’s spiritual gravity, one whose consciousness is in focus, who is in the flow of life.
God is the dynamic flowing process of the universe, that which flows in and through me from within – out.
Blessed are the meek for they give way to the flow of the eternal givingness of God. I consciously give way to the divine process, and give from the consciousness of divine supply.
I give from the wellspring of all-sufficiency and am never depleted; for my giving is also a receiving.
My gifts are maximized by the love, praise and gratitude that flows from within.
When I am in the flow, all things work together for my good.
God supplies my every need. When I experience lack or difficulties in my life, I remove the blocks to my flow by giving. I can always be a part of the flow and be of help to someone else. In giving I establish my legitimate need and open the way to receive.
My thoughts are always creating my life; I can direct them to frustrate the flow of life or to synchronize them to the flow of life. I think God’s thoughts and become a ready and willing channel of drawing every good to me.
Free from the dominance of the ego, I am in the flow of unbelievable energy, creativity and power.
Meditation: Prayer of St. Francis:
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love.
Where there is injury, pardon.
Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, hope.
Where there is darkness, light.
Where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive.
It is in pardoning that I am pardoned.
It is in dying that I am born to eternal life.
Chapter 7 Affirmations:
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil because
the valley is open at both ends. Darkness gives way to the light of a new day.
My attitude determines how I meet my difficulties. I affirm: I accept the reality of this situation but not its permanence. I know that this, too, shall pass away.
I meet this circumstance in complete confidence that He who is in me is greater than he who is in the world. Only the good is real and lasting.
The experiences of today are simply grade levels in the ongoing process of life; I am here not to fail, but to pass.
This is a new day and I accept its blessings and its challenges. I enjoy it and find fulfillment in it, even though it too will pass. I use today’s good today, then set it loose.
Every experience in life comes to pass because life is change. Each day brings me new opportunities, adventures and demands. I continue to grow every day.
I bless those leaving my life and release them to their good.
As long as I am alive, nothing that happens is final. Only God remains unchanged. I still have within me a dynamic potential for growth and it must come to pass. I walk through the valley with light at both ends.

Life begins for me every day. Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
My age is

Chapter
9 Affirmations:
I am a spiritual being, a whole creature in God, an eternal expression
of the universal flow.
I am part of the wholeness of life and death is part of that wholeness. I am changeless and deathless in spirit. I have no beginning and no end.
I am like the wave in the ocean – indistinguishable from the ocean and part of it – rising and falling.
I see all life in the context of the whole and rejoice that life is good. At my death I am beginning a new life. Death is the other side of life.
There is more to me than my body and that me transcends the body.
I look away from the appearances of life and look within, dealing with life at its depth. Inward
(Eastward) viewing leads to my faith, understanding and consciousness of the flow.
There is no darkness in God or in any expression of God. My loved ones move through the valley of the shadow of death into a light of new birth.
I move through the shadow of grief into the flow and the light. I release my loved ones to move forward to meet their good.
