Affirmations from The Power of Intention

Chapter 1

I am discovering myself to be a greater person than I ever dreamed myself to be.

Spirit works within me and I am able to access intention - the field of energy that flows invisibly throughout all of the universe.

I attract the energy of intention and experience life in a new way.

Infinite potential activates my physical and nonphysical appearance on Earth. It is accessible to me at all times.

I am aware that previously inconceivable things are available to me now. Everything in the universe will assist me.

I am not defined by my possessions, my achievements, my reputation, my body, what is missing in my life or by God's assessment of my worthiness. I connect with the Source within me rather than ego thoughts.

My thoughts are the thoughts of Divine Mind. I choose to move with Universal Spirit and its unfolding.

I recognize signs of disharmony in my life and reconnect with Spirit to align myself with my purpose.

I am alert and willing to accept guidance that comes my way.

I eliminate from my thoughts any limitations or possibilities of failure.

I am here on purpose and can accomplish anything I desire; I do it by being in harmony with the all-pervading creative force in the universe.

I see myself as already being what I would like to become.

I clear a space for intention to let power flow through. I empty my mind and enter the heart of mystery.

Chapter 2

Creative energy is a part of me; it originates in the life-giving Spirit that intends me.

I am creative, kind, loving, beautiful, expansive, abundant, and receptive - receiving my unlimited good. I am always connected to the power of intention.

I accept myself and others just as they are.

I appreciate the energy that I share with all living things - past, present and future.

I use my thoughts to created the world I choose. I refuse to entertain doubt.

Chapter 3

I continuously contemplate myself surrounded by the conditions I wish to produce.

My imagination is the movement of the universal mind with me.

What I imagine myself to be, I shall be. I remain confident that my assumptions will materialize into reality.

As I meditate on the names of God (Japa) and visualize what I want, I generate creative energy to manifest my desires.

I live in cheerful kindness with everyone and with all of life. When I am kind to others, I receive kindness in return.

I serve others as best I can. My service attracts energy to me.

I am learning to be like the love energy that allowed me to be in the first place. I extend love to everyone and to all of life.

I appreciate beauty in everything I see, touch and experience.

I stay in a state of readiness, not attached to what I used to think or be; I am receptive to the power of intention.

I see an unlimited world because I emanate from the inexhaustible supply of intention. I have an inner picture of God's never-ending abundance.

Universal mind is ready to respond to me as I remain in harmony with it.

I accept the guidance and assistance of the same force that created me. I let go of my ego and trust in this wisdom to move at its own peaceful pace. I made no demands on it.

I match my intentions with my inner speech, focusing on the good..

Chapter 4

I focus on what I absolutely intend to manifest. I am a magnet for attracting more of what I want in my life.

My inner speech helps me stay focused on what I intend to create now. I release my past circumstances and history. I choose to eliminate thoughts that weaken me, in order to create a match with the universal, supreme Sources of intention.

I shift my attention from what others want or expect of me and focus on how I want to live my life.

My higher energy frequency nullifies the lower energies of those around me that try to weaken me.

I am an expression of the universal Spirit of intention and I am connected to this Source. I take time to meditate, repeating the sound of God (Ah) an an inner mantra.

I remove obstacles that prevent me from experiencing the perfection of which I am a part.

I am kind to myself and to all that lives, without exception. I extend acts of kindness, expecting nothing in return.

I am the light I seek, the happiness I desire, the love I feel is missing, and the unlimited abundance I wish. As I give, so I attract into my life

I raise my energy level by eating high energy foods, listening to music, arranging my home environment, watching television, displaying photos, and engaging in activities that enhance my happiness and peace.

I surround myself with high energy people who empower me and see the greatness in me. I forgive all those who I perceive have wronged me and no longer see the transgression.

I release feelings of self-importance and separateness, and affirm my oneness with all. We are all equal in the eyes of God. I am conscious of my thoughts and extend love and understanding to others.

I release all negative feelings and affirm that I have enough, am enough, and do enough. I remember that the sun shines behind every cloud.

Chapter 5

I desire peace for others and receive it myself. I want others to feel loved, and I feel loved myself. I see only beauty and worthiness in others, and I have the same returned to me. I attract what I give away.

As I think and behave in new ways, people feel comforted and peaceful around me and become indirect accomplices to my connection to intention.

I establish a holy relationship with my Source, the world community, my neighbors, acquaintances, family, animal kingdom, this planet and myself. I see the perfection in all relationships and attract higher energies.

As I eliminate the concept of separation from my thoughts and behaviors, I feel connected to others as co-creators and move into a state of grace.

I treat others as extraordinary and attract the extraordinary into my life.

I say YES to life. Yes is the breath of Creation.

As I raise my energy level, my presence energizes others and allows them to feel better about themselves. As I improve myself, I become a channel for peace and improvement in the world.

I make a conscious effort to be compassionate to everyone I meet and I attract it back.

I am in harmony with the seven faces of intention and am the change I want to see in the world.

Chapter 6

I’m not from here. I am in this world, but not of it. I am part of the universal mind that is formless energy, for all time and all places.

Anything I experience as other than eternal is not life, but an illusion created by my ego, which strives to keep me separate from my Source.

I am an eternal, infinite soul in a temporary physical body. Only my physical body dies.

God is the mind through which I think and exist. I cannot be separate from this Source.

Time and space (created by the ego) make me think I am separate from others and from my past, present and future. I can choose to live in the infinite now, or when I am no longer subject to time and space.

I wake up to my infinite essence and free myself of the limitations of ego.

I am eternal and am here to fulfill my destiny.

I was born with potential. I was born with goodness and trust. I was born with ideals and dreams. I was born with greatness. I was born with wings. I was not meant for crawling and I don’t. I have wings and I learn to use them and fly. (paraphrased from Rumi)

I see the infinite possibilities that are available to all of us, and I stay focused on the possible.

I am in a state of constant gratitude, creating a magnet that draws things to me.

My purpose is to be of service to others and to be connected to something far greater than my mind/body/ego.

It is my nature to give of myself, opening the door for life to pour in.

The best thing to give my enemy is forgiveness; to an opponent, tolerance; to a friend, my heart; to my children, a good example; to my father, deference; to my mother, conduct that will make her proud; to my self, respect; to all people, charity. (paraphrased from Swami Sivananda)

I am passionate about all that I do.

God wouldn’t and couldn’t create something that doesn’t last. I exist for all eternity. Just as love is eternal, so is this my true nature. I will never be afraid again, because I am forever.

Chapter 7

It is my intention to respect myself at all times.

When I love and trust myself, I am loving and trusting the wisdom that created me.

I am a host to God, always seeing my authentic, eternal connection to my Source. I respect the peace of God that I am.

I am part of the unified energy field of intention, the field of all possibilities.

As I believe I am worthy, I radiate high energy and attract good to me. I keep open the channel through which flows all abundance.

I respect God and myself by the way I eat, dress, carry myself, exercise and treat others.

My views of the world determine what I attract into my life.

I am at peace and receptive to life's possibilities, regardless of the problems I perceive.

I determine my own worth and self-respect, regardless of the opinions of others.

My high energy nullifies and converts the lower energy I find around me, just as light eradicates darkness.

I resist the temptation to judge others, but see them as my teachers.

I have peace of mind when I forgive instead of judge.

I am whole and perfect as I was created.

Chapter 8

It is my intention to live my life on purpose.

The very fact of my existence indicates that I have a purpose for being here.

My purpose is about who I am and how I feel, rather than what I do.

I feel most on purpose when I give my life away by serving others and expressing the seven faces of intention.

I become what I think about all day.

God realization is my true purpose.

I let go of the demands of the ego that leave me feeling unfulfilled. Instead I connect to intention and listen to it.

I share myself in a creative, loving way, using the skills and interests that are a part of me.

I am here on purpose and live from this awareness at all times.

My personal rewards multiply when I focus on giving rather than receiving.

My purpose will be revealed to me when I align myself with my source. It will help me create the life of my choice.

I am thankful for the opportunity to serve humanity, this planet and God purposefully.

Chapter 9

I define my relationship with my relatives by being peaceful and authentic.

I teach others how to treat me by how I treat myself.

I no longer focus on negative aspects of my relationships; I remain connected to my Source.

God is the mind with which I think.

I change my mind about my family relationships; I choose to be authentic and at peace with them.

No one is capable of making me upset without my consent.

I put my attention on what I want to manifest: acceptance, understanding, compassion and forgiveness.

I respond in kind and loving ways to others, recognizing that differing points of view have validity to others. I can agree to disagree.

I am the peace that I seek. Spiritual energy transforms my family relationships.

Chapter 10

I change the way I look at things, and the things I look at change. I can change what is by changing the way I see it.

I am in harmony with my Source of abundance by always being in a state of serving and giving.

I have enough money and I allow what I already have enough of to flow to me.

I deserve and allow all good things into my life and I work harmoniously with this flow. I remove all resistance and connect to my all-creating Source.

I attract success and abundance into my life because that is who I am. I use my prosperity in the service of others.

I detach myself from the things I desire and let them flow to me, accepting whatever is given to me.

My feelings of optimism, trust and passion are the energy that draws my good to me.

I focus on creating abundant friendships, security, happiness, health and high energy. I affirm: I want to feel good.

I am thankful and filled with awe and appreciation at the good that comes into my life.

Chapter 11

It is my intention to live a stress-free, tranquil life. My natural state is a feeling of well-being.

My thoughts create my feelings of stress and anxiety. I notice my inner dialogue and discontinue thoughts that cause me stress.

I stop taking myself so seriously and see my life situations in new ways.

I always have a choice to continue thoughts that produce stress in me or to work to replace those thoughts with more positive ones.

I affirm that I want to feel good and intend to feel good.

I respond with kindness and love to bad feelings, reducing resistance and blocks to my good.

I always have the assistance of divine mind in difficult situations. I am willing to let the light of God illuminate my way.

I connect with Spirit when I feel good and become an instrument of peace.

Regardless of all the projects I may never get done, I live fully in the only moment I have – now.

Regardless of the world situation and catastrophes that occur, I choose to be a joyful person, creating a higher energy for myself and the world.

I live in an abundant universe. I choose to think about what I have and what I am and I will be fine. The universe will provide.

I am at peace in this moment. I only think about the one thing I’m doing now. I have peaceful thoughts.

I choose to appreciate what I am doing right now; I attract even greater opportunities.

I am healthy and attract healing.

I trust that love is in my life when I am in harmony with my loving Source. I focus on what I have rather than what is missing.

I need no reason to be happy; my desire to be happy is sufficient.

I feel good, not because all is right with the world; the world is right because I feel good.

Chapter 12

It is my intention to attract ideal people and divine relationships into my life.

When I commit myself to being part of the power of intention, then unforeseen assistance comes my way.

The right people arrive to assist me in what I need as I am ready and willing to receive them.

I let go of any resistance to my ability to attract the right people so that I can recognize them when they show up.

I align my energy to and focus my attention on what I want more of.

I decide on what kind of person I am seeking in order to attract someone who is right for me.

I must also be that which I desire so that I radiate it outwards and attract the right people.

In a spiritual partnership I recognize that the energy that holds us together is in close harmony with the Source energy of intention.

Anyone who has ever played any role in my life was sent for my benefit. I learn from and appreciate their presence. They are like the wake of a boat; they are the trail left behind.

I affirm that the right people for my journey arrive at precisely the right time and are perfect for the needs I have at the moment.

I am patient in accepting the timing of this process and detach from the outcome. I let the universal mind of intention handle the details.

I have no doubts about attracting the right people because I am connected to the all-providing Source of intention. Attracting ideal people is not only a possibility but a certainty.

I appreciate the people who appear in my life space to help me in my journey. I give each one a silent blessing and a thank you.

Chapter 13

It is my intention to optimize my capacity to heal and be healed.

I am healed and become an instrument of healing. As my energy level rises, I radiate healing energy.

I reconnect to the disease-free loving perfection from which I came.

I notice thoughts that create resistance and interfere with healing. I let them go.

I attract into my life the change I want. I shift my attractor patterns so that disease no longer dominates.

I abandon all fear and embrace love and the importance of love as a healing factor for me.

True healing returns me to my Source. I accept God’s love for me and surrender to God’s healing energy. I let go and let God.

My life force does the healing. I allow that force to flow freely.

My inner speech is relaxed, eliminating thoughts of resistance and allowing the spirit of light and love to flow through me.

I let go of a fear of death and hold the same intention that intended me here from the world of formlessness. I come from a natural state of well-being, and I am there in my mind, regardless of what happens in my body.

Groups of people gather the collective memory and healing energy and spread it to all who need it most. I am never alone, but am part of this spiritual family.

As I raise my vibrational match with the field of intention, I strengthen my immune system.

I am restored to that perfection from which I came. I think only perfect health.

Wellness is my choice. I choose thoughts that affirm my wholeness and health. I intend to feel good.

I stay in gratitude for the wholeness that is mine.

Chapter 14

Genius is a characteristic of the universal Source and shows up in every single human being, including me.

I have the ability to access high energy attractor patterns – the spiritual energy of light. I allow material creation to come into form.

I release ego-dominated thoughts because I know I am accessing the power of intention.

I am committed to raising my energy level to vibrate harmoniously with the field of intention. I am expanding toward my full potential.

I let go of old habits of limited and negative thinking and open myself up to the possibilities of greatness.

I appreciate the genius in others and want if for them as much as for myself. I see the face of God in everyone I encounter.

I remain humble, knowing it is my Source that provides me with the genius that resides within me and all mankind.

Chapter 15

I attract what I think about, so I only think about what I know will happen.

I am a perfect match with the Source of everything and I am choosing to be as closely with that Source as I can.

I am in a state of constant gratitude and radical humility, knowing I am a part of a dynamic energy system.

I am uplifted by being in the presence of those who are connected to their Source, as their higher energy lifts up lower energies. Their peacefulness helps me feel calm, assured and inspired.
